Crazy how fast some people can forget where they come from. Then act like they don’t know their past or the people involved in it. That never goes away, it’s part of who you are. Just embrace it because that’s what made you who you are today.

There are 2 attribution errors in interpretation; Self-serving bias: being bias towards ourselves. Fundamental attribution error: we tend to underestimate internal causes to our own wrong & overestimate external causes. Interpretations shape our schema in experience & perception.
Fat talk is just self-sabotage plan & simple. It's a self-reinforcing & self-defeating cycle. So, use positive self-talk instead. This will allow you to resist counterproductive communication about yourself. It's not easy, but persistence in this will change your life forever.
