@l_harquail @CBCNS The article doesn’t adequately describe the programs. I take them and appreciate the help. They are high quality free education programs > 40 hours of classroom time. The goal is to improve companies and employees. Stronger business and more revenue = more tax rev.

@CBCNS These are free programs. The SIN is collected to allow measurement of program effectiveness. If income/revenue of x rises, the eduction program is deemed a success. If we don’t measure outcome, we have a problem. Someone must be accountable for their department’s spend.
