Explain why your advisors told my mum shes at fault- she was on a 3 way roundabout middle lane she went to go left & the driver in the left hand lane wanted to go past said exit- he went the whole way round the round about in the lefthand lane & you say she’s at fault?!!
@rp_bloodstock@Jaguar @LandRover_UK How disgusting! I wasted a morning driving my car 30mins for a recall yesterday. Only to be told I could be without a car for a week should the steering rack break. Was never made aware of this and they won’t cover a curtosey car should this happen 🤦♀️
@rp_bloodstock@Jaguar @LandRover_UK How appalling!! It’s no better with a major recall! Should anything else break when they try fix the issue, they wont cover a curtesy car for the length of time its off the road. This is a company i regarded getting a high standard of service! What a joke!

@virginmedia Still awaiting my call due 3.30pm 10/04?. Booked on 03/03 once a team listened to phone recordings (being sold something I now can’t have!) I’ve called to chase but I can’t use my landline - you’ve not connected it. The experience is a disgrace @lutzschuler. 🙏 sort it out.
