@LizWFab Our group was able to start an undergraduate research center and host a university-wide research symposium all at a small, teaching non-TT institution. Took so much fighting to get buy in from the top, but we did it! We now have a dozen undergrads publishing ea year!

@Kittykisses1274 @drjchernov I still don’t know! One does something with student affairs, one seems to do university outcomes, I’m not sure what the third does, and the other is the chief academic officer. I think they just have meetings about meetings?

@drjchernov Great points! We have FOUR provosts. Why?? Then the university complains that there are too many admins who make $18-$20 an hour 🙄
