To be clear. Home owners don't want 'more' than 100% Redress, they want the scheme to allow them to return their homes to how they were. The scheme, as proposed, doesn't do that. Home owners would have to find 10s of 000s. Common sense proposals,like downsizing,are being ignored

nobody can say with any certainty that the foundations that remain will be not rot away also

But Govt WILL NOT support homeowners removing the foundations before rebuilding, taking a HUGE RISK⚠️
