The applications is all of these countries are also still pending and so not patented. Of course, there may be another patent family that exists but regardless, it still would not, and would never amount to a "global patent".

Patents are territorial rights so global is bold. Also, the only patent family I can find that looks relevant from an initial look is WO2022243935A2. This is an international application (i.e., not a patent) that has been entered into Europe, the USA, China and Japan.
