@vinicius_snrr Kudos to starting your fitness journey. But bamboozling people with better photo lighting, in ward arm rotation to appear bulkier, slight tense/flex on arm and abdomen to appear defined… that’s just not it man.
@vinicius_snrr you’re trying to portray a false reality about weight loss and muscle growth and this causes misconception . And I get why people in the comments are reacting the way they are. Most people are quite ignorant when it comes to these kind of things.
@vinicius_snrr Things like this de really kill me on this app dawg 😂. It’s the people in the comments for me… I wants to believe it’s presence because if people aren’t actually that bright then omo 😭
@hotiiofficial The crazy part is you’re not even doing this properly at all. Firstly You’re meant to use a pronated not a supinated grip , the bar is meant to extend below your head and when you you bring the bar back to a resting position your arms are meant to be slanted not straight.
@abidsensibull This is one of the sorriest excuses for complacency I’ve heard . Fetal development affects your lifelong muscle potential, but it does not determine it. Your genetics, hormones, training, nutrition and lifestyle after birth majorly influence how muscular you can become.
