CE @ #WebSummitVancouver last week!
Policy Director, Kel Coulson, joined B.C. cleantech leaders @svantesolutions and @GeneralFusion, and ecosystem builders, Spring Impact Capital and @northx_ct, to talk innovation and opportunities for the province and Canada more broadly.
When paired with secure storage, Direct Air Capture can provide a measurable, verifiable pathway to address emissions, including those from products.

The Squamish Helping Hands Society plays a crucial role in providing essential resources and support services to communities in the Sea to Sky region, including Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh).
Here's to innovation in every season!
We’re fortunate to have nature right at our doorstep at the Innovation Centre in Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh), reminding us of how important it is to act for our climate today.
Carbon Engineering has called Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh) home since 2015.
This year, we’re reflecting on a decade of innovating locally and looking forward to sharing some of our key moments through the years.

As the year comes to a close, we would like to express our appreciation for our community’s support and collaboration through 2024, as well as to our team for their continued hard work to push the boundaries of what’s possible for our climate through #DirectAirCapture.
This holiday season, Carbon Engineering held a fidget and book drive to collect donations for @ldvancouver to continue our support for their important mission to raise awareness and provide resources that support neurodivergent kids and their families.
A number of existing and emerging innovations around the world are working to transform the way we manage carbon.
At Carbon Engineering, we’re focused on developing a Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology that pulls carbon dioxide (CO₂) directly out of the air.
When paired with secure geologic storage, DAC can help to address any emission, from any source. Alternatively, the captured atmospheric CO₂ can also be used to produce a drop-in compatible low carbon fuel.
Thank you to the @squamishchamber for this recognition, and for a wonderful evening. As we approach 10 years in Squamish (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh), we sincerely appreciate the continued support from the community and local leadership for our mission.
We are pleased to announce that Carbon Engineering received the Business Innovation Award at the 2024 Squamish Chamber Business Excellence Awards Gala!
