I know beyond any certainty in my life that this is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, restored with the fullness of the gospel that God has chosen to reveal in this dispensation of the fullness of time and led by prophets to the present day.
I respond with humility to the responsibility that God has placed upon me and commit my whole heart and soul to the service to which I’ve been called.
No interest in reading the Book of Mormon, but curious if it actually does talk about Jesus?

A sneak peek from the ebook RealFaith just released on Mormonism. When faced with the historical sources of their own faith, the conversation quickly changes from "we're Christians too" to "we're the real Christians."
That's where the evangelism can begin. We love and pray for Mormons, and this resource from RealFaith will equip you to engage with them. (Link in Comments)

@rcsprouljr I believe that because people interpret the Bible so differently that it is impossible to know the nature of God only by making an appeal to the Bible.
@rcsprouljr I affirm that Jesus Christ is eternal, divine, and the Only Begotten Son of the Father in the flesh, as the scriptures testify. He was with the Father in the beginning (John 1:1–2), the Firstborn of the Father’s children (Colossians 1:15), and begotten of the Father (Hebrews 1:5)
@rcsprouljr Yes. Christian. Your ideals match that of the murderer in Michigan. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints believe in Jesus Christ as the only way to Eternal salvation. We are all sinners, saved by grace. Christian.
Strange how some are simply unable to express condolences about today's tragic events, without also making a point that members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are not Christians. While that may get under our collective skin, it matters little what the world thinks of us. Only One gets to decide who is Christian. I'm confident that those who were killed today were welcomed with open arms by Jesus Christ, in whom they believed, and were in the very act of worshipping.
“As one of the special witnesses of the name of Christ in all the world, I testify that He is the Son of the living God. Jesus is the Christ—our atoning Savior and Redeemer. This is His Church, restored to bless God’s children and to prepare the world for the Second Coming of the Lord.” —Russell M. Nelson (1924–2025).
When Erika Kirk spoke the words on the man who killed her husband: “That man… that young man… I forgive him.” That moment deeply affected me. I have struggled for over 60 years to forgive the man who killed my Dad. I will say those words now as I type: “ I forgive the man who killed my father.”
Peace be with you all.
