If you have an all-male team today that makes incredible games, the narrative will quickly spin into them being sexist and dangerous. It’s weirdly seen as dangerous to women for men to be together in modern society. You see this everywhere. Hell, even for things like mental health it gets shut down—like with Earl Silverman, who was driven to suicide by the abuse and complete lack of support after trying to help men

Men are in a situation right now where they need external approval to even think, let alone make anything they’re passionate about with like-minded friends. It’s incredibly suffocating what men go through, and you see the negative effects of modern ideology everywhere

Men need to be monitored and controlled. We can’t have too many in the same space together, and definitely not white men. Fill the quota and forget about qualification. More women, less men, less white men. Men are pigs—stop feeding their disgusting desires and ban attractive women, no more curves either. Emasculate men. This male power fantasy is too toxic—add a woman to degrade him and show everyone women are stronger, smarter, and better in every conceivable way, and have her shame every accomplishment the main character ever did because she’s a badass

Self-insert yourself into the story. The audience is a bunch of misogynist sex pests. Don’t make games for them anymore—we need to aim for a more modern audience because we hate the main audience. We don’t care if the entire franchise and business was built on these disgusting men. Make the story for yourself—fuck the audience. They don’t like it? Well, it was all in the lore we made!

…Moral of the story is that literally nothing is about making good games anymore. When it was mostly just men, they worked together to build incredible worlds, to strive for incredible achievements… to tell riveting stories about men AND women. No one making these games even understands men anymore, what they go through, nor do they even want to. They just hate men, which begs the question of why they’re even working on overwhelmingly masculine games to begin with. To infiltrate? To spread the message we’re seeing everywhere?

What development has become is about lecturing politics and ideology, pushing actual legitimate bigotry that’s politically incorrect to even talk about, racist and sexist hiring practices, and self-inserting shallow characters and stories for no one but the self-gratification of the authors and devs—like they get off on abusing, lecturing, and humiliating men. It’s all a disgusting narcissistic ideological HR training camp designed to lecture and brainwash people into weird norms. How much ideology and degradation bullshit can we cram in to harp at and remind men how disgusting they are, how weak they are, how toxic they are, how women are superior in every way, how wanting escape from the world for a tiny bit is toxic, how liking cute women is disgusting…

Games are now made as a self-gratifying, ego-stroking, ideological vessel for people who don’t even play them. And when men don’t buy it, they ramp up the abuse, the shaming, and the sexist toxic claims significantly because they get off on abusing you and forcing their toxic, nasty self-insertions and beliefs down your throat. They think you are disgusting and need to be fundamentally broken down and destroyed—made small and tiny and weak—and it’s exhausting
