Design isn’t disappearing.
It’s just getting harder to fake.
The shiny layer is getting swallowed by automation.
Good. That was never the real work.
Design isn’t pixels.
It’s clarity. Intent.
It’s the thinking underneath the doing.
Voice? No UI? AI agents?
Still design. Still human. Still messy.
Invisible doesn’t mean unintentional.
Less interface = more risk.
The fewer signals you give, the sharper your design thinking must be.
Templates won’t save you.
Prompting won’t save you.
Only clarity will.
Design isn’t dying.
It’s maturing.
It’s embedding itself deeper into the system.
where only the thoughtful survive.
Let them say design is over.
We’ll be too busy doing the real work.
I’ve been building a version of SWARM that runs alongside AI.
It’s a way to work with AI tools while keeping human judgment inside the process.
This post is a preview of what’s coming.

If you want stronger judgment with AI, this is how you build it. A year of disciplined, small feedback loops clarified what actually works. https://t.co/256iAz4QOz
Sharing a @swarmloop case study on running recursive loops in generative systems. One artifact became twelve realms by shifting from genre-based prompts to memory-based constraints. https://t.co/hqfCWJhFXh
New Album Drop…
DMT is the first realm expansion within R3ALMS. One track became twelve versions, each pushing the same foundation into different terrain. These are not remixes but alternate configurations of a signal that refused to fade. If ROOT INDEX holds the original source material, DMT holds what grew from it. More expansions will follow.

What’s eroding creative work isn’t technology itself, but the conditions it quietly replaced: sustained attention, practice, and time. https://t.co/M7MtrnQvwe
Design patterns still matter, but they no longer carry the work on their own. This piece looks at where design judgment actually sits now, as familiar rules become automated. https://t.co/efJWfvmpKE
Some ideas only become clear after repeated contact. This is a reflection on repetition, craft, and how systems reveal themselves over time.

As AI reshapes product building, design is not vanishing. It is moving deeper. A look at how designers build models through repetition and intuition. https://t.co/jKPMg3zUVM
First loop of the year. A realization emerged about why certain physical places feel grounding over time, and how that mirrors the way loops work in creative systems. https://t.co/sBRPxLyAqW
Loop is movement, protocol is memory, and signal is meaning. This is how I’ve been thinking about how clarity emerges in creative work. https://t.co/oHRuQ87h9r
We’re entering a phase where design is less about output and more about how ideas emerge. AI isn’t changing what we make. It’s changing how we think. https://t.co/E666y8LtiC
