@plusnehelp I am having a nightmare getting through to you - it shouldn’t be so hard to get the help we require. Saturdays ONLY your WiFi keeps failing at our business and causing us significant headaches - this has been happening for approx. 2 months & needs resolving ASAP.

@plusnethelp for the past 2 months - only on a Saturday - my business broadband cuts out and causes a nightmare for our payment terminal and systems - I have struggled to get help on this. The WiFi works perfectly the rest of the week - just not on a Saturday. Please help!!!!
