@KylerBecky@Uber_Support@dkhos@Uber At least you're getting a cancelation fee. I got an order from a different delivery service (same restaurant though) which is why I took the bag. I don't understand how my order does not warrant a refund when technically I never received an Uber Eats order.
@UberEats just scammed me out of my money. The driver delivered a GrubHub order from the same restaurant. Only realized I had the wrong order after the driver left. Uber is refusing to refund my order even after I provided pictures showing that I got the wrong order.
@GabrielleH16347@KarlTechs I am calm. I am upset, but I'm calm. This is my attempt to try to have my issue resolved as I was getting nowhere with the support person and got no response when I asked to escalate to a supervisor.
