@StuHefnerr @cineworld doesn’t let you leave a seat free/does it highlight a seat as occupied if someone is in the process of booking it. My partner had to book his ticket on the aisle seat before I could book my ticket next to him because it would leave a seat free - we were doing it at the same time.

@andycoyne1976 It also never showed the seat as occupied while booking, meaning anyone could’ve gone in and tried to book the same seat because it never showed as pending for the time frame until booked

@greedoxpgaming @cineworld Yess!! Mine does the exact same. If I don’t save the tickets to my Apple wallet right then and there at the time of booking then it seems to be gone forever 😭😭 I can’t get onto see e-tickets via email

@NevvyNoChange @cineworld @folanjo72 and it wouldn’t let me book the second seat from the stairs because I couldn’t leave a seat free so had to sit & wait for him to book his ticket so I was then allowed to book mine! So stupid

@NevvyNoChange @cineworld @folanjo72 Me and my partner tried to book some tickets at the same time and it doesn’t even show the seat you are clicking as occupied😭 meaning anyone could come in and swipe the seat you want and we always sit on the end next to stairs (1/2)

@ReeceMoore34268 @cineworld I’ve just tried to book a screening with my partner, I’ve had to let him go in first to book the aisle seat and then me go in and book the one next to him because it didn’t register that someone was trying to book that seat already - that’s going to be rubbish for BIG viewings

@cineworld I want to change my preferences so I receive cineworld news and offers as well as unlimited news but the save & update is greyed out? I have even tried deleting my name and retyping and it won’t let me make an amendment at all. Please could this be turned on for me.

@cineworld what is the new rules with leaving single seats between books unoccupied? Surly this would have to be removed now we all have to book our own tickets?
