@manypets_uk Do NOT use this company- an absolute joke. They started ours as a really good company but following their rebrand as many pets have become uncaring, deceptive and borderline fraudulent- also reporting to the ombudsman.

@JamesT258@manypets_uk Same here. Hearing from a 3rd party about a policy change is bad. As the 24/7 vet is part of the policy, another service is needed, or customers should cancel without detriment or be compensated - though many can’t move insurer due to pet conditions.
