My Armenians. Yes we are devastated. We get to feel what we feel. This wound is deep. No need to police each others grief right now. Take time. Mourn. Remember our action is needed now more than ever and this is not the end. I love you all and am with you. #haxteluenk 🇦🇲

I’m setting up an appointment with my therapist and my pastor. I’m in Brooklyn and I still feel traumatised by what I saw in the West Bank. I woke up over the past few days on the verge of vomiting. Seriously. What’s happening to Palestinians is that oppressive and violent.

I stand with the Armenian community here in Los Angeles calling for an end to the blockade of the Lachin Corridor.
We must clearly demonstrate our commitment to freedom by helping the people of Artsakh.
This is a crisis and will only get worse with inaction. Lives are at stake.
@ronnie_penhall@MayorOfLA Hi @CivilNetTV is a great resource and locally @Araksya has done numerous stories on Fox 11 just to name a few. Unfortunately Armenia does not trend in mainstream media like Ukraine. These recent genocidal acts have been ongoing since 2020. Link below: https://t.co/tecNVTsFRb
I’m trying to read this tweet as generously as possible. And still, it’s pretty disgusting. Damar Hamlin is a human being. So are his teammates and opponents, all of whom just witnessed something horrific. His life is on the line. Nothing else is important. Certainly not a game.
Azerbaijan isn’t enforcing this blockade alone.
It’s backed by web of corporate interests — from extractive companies like BP & Anglo-Asian Mining, to arms manufacturers in Israel & Turkey — which all profit off the misery Azerbaijan inflicts on the Armenian people.
The penalty in #ArgentinaVsFrance is a stark reminder that Azerbaijan has been blockading Nagorno-Karabakh for a week now, trying to starve its entire population.
Closure of the Lachin Corridor has severe humanitarian implications and sets back the peace process. We call on the government of Azerbaijan to restore free movement through the corridor. The way forward is through negotiations.
A brief thread to explain why the bitter conflict over Nagorno Karabakh may be entering a dangerous new phase, based on a phone call I received tonight from Stepanakert from Ruben Vardanyan, the state minister for Artsakh, as #Armenians call the disputed territory.
