Ive recieved a kfc voucher but the app won't let me use it. It says invalid partner even though it's valid until 30th and it specifically said for kfc via text

Put in an order, used the shops address in error as delivery address. Delivery driver said delivered, was not, as I phoned the shop and they had not received it back. This is fraudulent and I want to speak to someone about the courier
