Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) is the unexplained death of a baby. The baby is often under a year old and seems to be healthy. The cause of SIDS is unknown. Here are some ways you can help your baby sleep more safely:
π Put your baby on their back to sleep
π Use a firm, flat sleep surface
π Instead of bed sharing, room share
π Avoid overheating
π Remove soft objects and loose bedding

A mammogram is an x-ray picture of the breast. Doctors use a mammogram to look for early signs of breast cancer.
Here are some tips you can use when getting a mammogram:
π Try not to have your mammogram the week before your period or during your period. Your breasts may be tender or swollen then.
π Donβt wear deodorant, perfume or powder. These products could show up as white spots on the x-ray.
π You may want to wear a top with a skirt or pants instead of a dress. You will need to undress from the waist up for the mammogram.

We recently celebrated the inspiring leadership of First Lady @FranDeWine and her unwavering dedication to Ohioβs children and families.
Through her innovative initiatives, like the inclusion of @dollyslibrary enrollment as part of the birth certificate paperwork process, Ohio has become a national model for literacy support and child well-being.
CareSource is proud to support this vital work alongside the First Lady and Dolly Partonβs Imagination Library of Ohio. These efforts reflect our joint commitment to building stronger, healthier communities by giving every child the foundation they need to thrive. We look forward to continuing this partnership and creating even more opportunities for Ohioβs youngest learners. ππ
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Dolly Parton for her lifelong commitment to literacy and dedication to uplifting the communities we all serve.
