Routine

Add a photo of one of the place that I do pull up.

Usually I do on my way to work in morning.

Afternoon when I pick up kids.

It's tough.

My hands are sore. With painful blisters

But. I can carry my girl with ease now.

Zero fighter to 9.

Beginning of year. I can't do a single pull up.

But I have a resolution. Build up my arm power because I want to have strength to carry my 7 years old girl.

Time running out.

I do pull up every day. Now I can do 9.

Nothing great compared to others..

That's my motivation. For my family.
