📄 | Ah, Damiano David’s “flopped” career… only if you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t opened a social network in the past few months. Because here’s the reality: from September 11th in Warsaw to September 29th in London — passing through Berlin, Amsterdam, Cologne, Barcelona, Madrid, and Paris — every single show was sold out. Every. Single. One. Yet of course, there’s always that little group dedicated to hating, ignoring the fact that in Madrid alone, more than 15,000 people sang along to every note, felt every moment, and got lost in the energy of the show.

Damiano doesn’t just sing. He bares himself on stage: exposing vulnerabilities, sharing his pain, and turning it into art. In Madrid, in front of a packed arena, he opened up with raw honesty:

“What we’ve seen so far, in my mind, represents the last ten years of my life: everything was too fast, too fast… For a long time, I was very happy with this life, but one day something broke and I felt sad, sad, sad… So I learned that I had to take a break and return to what I know I love, which is writing music.”

And he didn’t stop there:

“I went back home and wrote this album, and it helped me understand what was broken. My life seemed perfect, but it wasn’t my idea of perfection; it was someone else’s, far away from me. I came to realize that I need to live my own version of perfection — and I want you all to do the same, because it’s such a beautiful thing.”
