@JaredRyanSears Stock markets aren’t doing well. The s&p 500 is down over 70% (that’s including dividend income) priced in gold since 2000. the market has been atrocious in terms of purchasing power the last 3 decades.
It’s because the economy isn’t good. Having a job is not a measure of success in this economy. And the stock market is down priced in gold (purchasing power) 70% since 2000, not up. Cost of living has increased incredibly faster than wages over last 10 years especially.
