@mowwyjane Also I did an ICU rotation 4th year and it was really helpful! I highly recommend seeing if they will let you do a week of nights. Less rounding and more trouble shooting when things happen unexpectedly.

@mowwyjane I did an ID rotation March of my 4th year. It was fairly busy- 7a-5 p but only M-F. I actually think it was a good strategy for me to keep busy before match. Otherwise I would have just been a nervous wreck 24/7. Do what works for you!

@DocElovitz @sciliz Urg. Breaking bad news is the worst. I’ll never forget having to tell someone in their 30s who came to the ER for belly pain that they actually likely had colon cancer. “I can’t guarantee it’s going to be ok, I can guarantee we will be here for you every step of the way.”

@mowwyjane I graduated in 2017 and I wanna say we each got 3 tickets for guests. It may have been four, but we definitely had a limit.
