@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude IMO there is no number of bad guys killed here to justify 1 innocent. Idc if it’s 1000/1. Also, IF that guy gets a round off BIG IF it’s going to be 1-3 (3 being highly generous) with no time for target reacquisition- so one target possible. 1/5 chance of officer getting hit tops
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude And sure you can say but that clearly wasn’t the case here, but all instances need to be treated as such . Because again when or if that situations occurs, that innocent person dying fundamental error in what it means to be American.
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude You can’t assume his stateof mind. He could have been in a dead sleep with headphones on, hears yelling and commotion, kids screaming, grabs gun and runs out and gets blasted. We have no idea. Bottom line brandishing in your home a firearm isn’t a killable offense. He didnt raise
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude But the over arching point is, if the laws were structured differently and didn’t give them such an easy out maybe they would not be so quick to fire on a potentially innocent person. Does that make it more dangerous? Yes. Should they be compensated more? Absolutely. But still…
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude No what I’m saying is in this specific instance, although perp didn’t handle it properly I think the responsibility lies on the officers. Had he came around the corner gun up-justified. But he never raised that weapon and when you’re out numbering a guy 5/1, guns drawn, slow down
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude And when I said innocent civilian it was not about this particular instance but how everything needs to be handled. IF that person were innocent, the “threat” the (multiple) officers faced here does not justify the possibility of that level of tragedy.
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude No, it should not. An arrest does not mean the person is guilty, especially when serving a warrant and no crime is actively being committed. We have 2a rights, those arent forfeited in the accusation of a crime. How is one supposed to be a public servant if they are the priority?
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude We can’t assume he heard the announcement of who they are, but even had he heard he should still be able to investigate while armed to confirm without the immediate danger of being shot. Otherwise, all home intruders could just “Police” and you would be forced to disarm.
@TacticalNewbie1@Thefactsdude This will be uncomfortable but; It is unquantifiably worse for a officer to kill an innocent citizen than for anofficer to die in the line of duty. They take the job knowing that risk. With the presumption of innocence(of warrant), this guy was shot anaswering his door with a gun
50 Cent refuses to reveal how he got unreleased footage of Diddy plotting to beat his case just days before the arrest, and now a furious Diddy has hit Netflix with a cease-and-desist claiming it’s stolen — can we crown 50 as the pettiest legend alive 👀😭 🎥
This is insane…
As Trump arrived to the UN, the escalator stopped working the moment he stepped on it.
Then the teleprompter stopped working the moment he got up to the podium to speak.
@GavinAdcock Building an image around being the wild country boy badass, then back peddling a person you talked shit to when confronted, all while callin other people phony’s is just unbelievably ironic. For the fans my ass 😂
