So done my research I've started the essay I didn't think I could do and had a huge Mardy to the point my supervisor rang me on a Sunday he put me at ease 520 words in out of 2000 and thinking I could write my dissertation on this with how much I have to talk about this is hard!!

Not sure if I'm procrastinating but learned a new skill today allby myself N I've updated my kitchen from brown and boring council kitchen to high gloss on reflection should of painted first but I'm too impatient 😂😂 used dc fix (fablon) think it looks good!

Not finished yet but been busy new fence and transformed the garden from a unsafe unlevel garden to this with a disability ramp for Kris to come play too. 💙

So mental health only thing that relaxes me is doing this and I haven't played in such a long time so thought I'd reteach myself piano feel like I've took on a massive piece of music here but got this so far!!! Quite pleased 😊

@TyneWhyman Yeah that's the problem with me with them I seem to be smoking more ecig than actual fags lol I've cut down to 10 a day that's good for me I will gradually go down to five and cut it out that way. It worked well last time
