@GarminUK any advice, vivo active hr is not recording any steps, everything else works fine. Froze mid morni g walk. Have rebooted, powered on off phone and watch, re synced,checked status is on for tracking but steps still will not record. Thanks

Hi can anyone advise, whilst using my watch in walk mode my watch keeps crashing, requiring to be powered back on, ive tried a reboot but still encountering the same problem, the watch is just over a year old.
