Today was the last round of our spring season. We were lucky to have some alums cheering us on! Our team placed 2nd with a total of 307–the best team score this year! Congratulations to Alyssa for individually placing second with a 74!

With the cold MN weather cancelling our tournament this weekend, we are reminiscing about the warm weather and our first tournament of the season in St. Louis!

Natalie Tatar and Cynthia Lu complete our Fall 2022 recruiting class. Natalie played high school golf at St. Mary’s Academy in Colorado, and Cynthia played at Redmond in Washington. We’re so excited to welcome them to the Carleton women’s golf team. Yay Natalie and Cynthia!

Two of our four Fall 2022 recruits are from Illinois, Sarah Zheng and Carter Sichol. Sarah played high school golf at Neuqua Valley in Naperville, and Carter played at New Trier in Winnetka. We’re so excited to spend the next four years with them. Yay Sarah and Carter!

Congrats to Athena for winning her first collegiate golf tournament and earning MIAC Athlete of the Week honors! Athena also has the lowest scoring average (75.0) in the whole MIAC so far this year. Yay Athena!

Congratulations to the team for placing second at the St. Kate’s Fall Invitational! And congratulations to Athena for her first collegiate win! 🎉🏆 With scores of 72-74, she took the individual title, and Kristin tied for third with scores of 75-76.

Great weekend at the D3 Classic!! Third place finish as a team and 3rd and 10th place trophies for Kristin and Athena, respectively! Good playing and comeback on the second day from the team. And a shoutout to the Stangl Family for the delicious tacos and ice cream sundaes! 🌮🍨
