@virginmedia do you think it's acceptable for your operators to flat out lie to customers? Being told by one operator that an email has been sent only to call back later to be told by another operator that the system doesn't say that. Your company is useless

@virginmedia I've had one operator say an email was sent but spoke to two since which say my account has no record of any emails being sent. My neighbour has not received any email. No one at VM seems to be making an effort to send an email ahead of the Tues work scheduled

@virginmedia VM engineer visited myself and the neighbour explaining cabling has to be run under neighbours property. 5 times VM said they request written consent from the neighbour. This never happened. Just spoke to an operator who said I need to request the consent. No confidence in this

@virginmedia I've been lied to other times. Numerous times been told neighbour has been emailed which he hasn't. Was told Friday to wait in Saturday for an engineer. Cancelled plans and engineer never turned up. This has been going on for a month now with a different excuse every time I call
