@myhumehealth Ive been dealing with Hume for about 5 weeks now, sadly they are difficult to deal with and keep fobbing me off and saying they are dealing with the technical department. The bands HR shows much higher than my actual HR, this throws out every other metric so can’t be relied on.

A guest left us a 1⭐️ Airbnb review claiming no water for 2 days and a dirty apartment.

Facts: water was off 2.5 hours on checkout morning only (9–11:30am). We have logs & date-stamped photos showing the apartment was spotless.

Airbnb refused to remove the review. @Airbnb

When hosts provide evidence and guests don’t have to, the system is broken.

Feeling really let down by @Airbnb right now. A guest left a review that clearly breaks Airbnb’s own policies, yet I’m told nothing can be done. After years of hosting, it feels like hosts have zero protection while guests can say whatever they want. Absolutely heartbreaking. 💔
