@tskyliekarma These 10% increases monthly are nuts and I don’t get it. I grew up rurally north of Toronto. The median home price there went up by 130K(30%) between October and March. It doesn’t make sense but it’s happening everywhere.

@tskyliekarma What are you defining as a crash though? Your original tweet said half. It might crash a bit but it’s not going to crash 30%+ or whatever. When the interest rates go up the market will slow or decline. I don’t think the rapid jumps are sustainable but a flattened growth is.

@tskyliekarma It won’t crash like that ever though. Maybe in some rural areas but anything near a major city is pretty safe from a crash IMO. Every time the market heats up people say “I’ll wait for the crash” and it’s maybe a small dip. I Feel bad for first time buyers, it’s crazy now.
