FRAUD 🚨 Remember when Gavin Newsom gave that free diapers contract to the Baby2Baby NGO ran by his wife Jennifer Newsom’s friend

CBS Los Angeles put in records requests for the contract details and bids and Gavin Neswsom won’t release it

- CBS requested the contract and related records including competitive bid scoring sheets on May 12, 2026. 4 days after the announcement

- Governor’s office sent them to California Health and Human Services

- That agency sent them to another agency)

Legally, they had up to 10 days to respond on disclosure, but that doesn’t stop them from not releasing it

- California filled a first extension under an unusual circumstances clause
- After 10 days, invoked a clause for another 14 days to decide on disclosure

This is already 24 days to even confirm they were disclosable

- They delayed again and promised copies in 3–4 weeks after that decision
- On the due date of July 3, the state requested another 2 weeks

- 56 days since the request, the state still is refusing to provided the executed contract, procurement packet, scope of work and bid scoring sheets

Again, this was all supposed to just be simply provided within a few days

Only one reason for this, massive fraud and money laundering

This “Stop Nick Shirley Act” also known as AB2624 is a horrible bill which will criminalize and punish anyone who dare look into or investigate fraud inside immigrant communities in California.

Be very clear, this bill was created after Nick Shirley, Darren Stallcup, Susan Reynolds, Jennifer Laar and Tyler Oliveira as well as many other independent American Citizen Journalists exposed billions of dollars in fraud throughout immigrant communities in the USA “Immigration support services” have become a billion dollar industry in California, Minnesota, Ohio and many other states across our great beautiful country and now that the fraud has been exposed, California leaders are trying to criminalize those who look into the fraud.

Our once great beautiful Golden State now feels like upside down world and every day seems like another episode of the twilight zone.

The bill has, you guess it, passed through the California Assembly and is now set to pass through the Senate and then to Governor Newsom’s desk who will undoubtedly sign it. This bill was created by the Attorney Generals WIFE and will allow him to go after citizens if they film nonprofits and “immigration support services providers". Why is the California Attorney General's Wife Mia Bonta making bills to protect fraud? Because Her Husband Robert Bonta and Gavin Newsom are likely heavily involved in the corruption and fraud.

In fact, we are on the 20th year anniversary of Gavin Newsom’s 10 year plan to solve homelessness. Billions of dollars have been wasted and stolen only for the situation to get worse. Why? Because corrupt non profits benefit from the chaos in our community as there is no money in actually solving the problem which is why the humanitarian crisis is perpetuated.

How would California look Today if all that money actually went to our less fortunate brothers and sisters suffering on the streets of San Francisco, Oakland and Los Angeles.

California is collapsing under failed Democrat leadership.

California Democrats are making residents pay taxes on taxes

Take the gas tax: The state adds their 63.4 cents per gallon tax, then AFTER this tax is applied to the total per gallon, cities add their own gas tax. So you are paying taxes on the taxes already added to a gallon of gas

Example:

- The cost of a gallon of gas is $6
- California state applies: 63.4 cents in tax
- Now the gallon is $6.34 per gallon
- Instead of local cities applying their own, say 5.5% tax on the 6 per gallon like they should, they tax the 5.5% on the full $6.34 per gallon price

So you are literally paying taxes on taxes

🚨 NICK SHIRLEY AND LEGISLATORS VINDICATED BY NEW CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH REPORT: RAMPANT FRAUD IN HOSPICE CARE SYSTEM

The California Department of Public Health is now requesting emergency regulations to combat sophisticated and widespread fraud in the hospice care system.

In their report it states: “These current requirements are not sufficiently comprehensive to address all aspects of regulatory oversight, especially in the current climate of increasing sophisticated fraud schemes and, as noted above and in the Audit Report, given the prevalence and number of fraud indicators in Los Angeles County.”
While we were ridiculed, mocked, and even insulted in Sacramento for simply asking to do the right thing and provide good governance, we have now been proven right. There is rampant fraud in the system.

Instead of taking action on the fraud, the legislature took action on the people reporting it. The Stop Nick Shirley Act needs to be stopped! That should tell you everything you need to know about what is wrong with Sacramento.

Instead of rooting out the waste and fraud, Sacramento is once again deciding to raise your taxes to keep paying for it while we still have a broken system in place.
This year we can change that, but only if the state of California decides to do something different.

Gov. Gavin Newsom said he has a secret “break the glass” plan to prevent California from electing a Republican governor. He recently signed a law that states mail in ballots signatures do not have to match.
SB73 Section 3. Clause F reads : (f) A vote by mail voter observer shall not be permitted to challenge a signature on a vote by mail ballot return envelope pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 3019, or on statements completed pursuant to subdivisions (d) and (e) of Section 3019, on the basis that they believe the signature does not compare with the signatures appearing in the voter’s registration record.

There’s no election integrity in California.
❌ Mail in ballots to every Californian and even if you moved state, you’ll still get a ballot.
❌ signatures do not need to match
❌ unsecured drop boxes that get vandalized and set on fire
❌ months of counting with ballots being flown in by helicopter.
❌ No voter ID
❌ “Honor system” for voter registration.

Until election integrity is addressed we will never have a balanced state.
