Can you explain @c2c_Rail why you have so much trouble with Aircon.
We do not have windows we can open, therefore it's on you to ensure there is adequate airflow. Do you have inept engineers? Are the trains not fit for purpose? Spend some of your profit resolving this please

@c2c_Rail how is cancellations to services on all routes classed as a minor disruption also the 50+ cancelled trains which are then listed underneath due to speed restrictions this reason is literally on there everyday yet u claim u run a decent line it’s completely bull
