Here’s the biggest positioning mistake I see:
Trying to solve too many problems in one offer.
You think covering 3-4 different business pain points makes you look more valuable.
It doesn’t. It confuses people.
When prospects can’t tell what you actually fix, they tune out before they understand why they need you.
The fix -> Boil it down to one clear pain and one clear path to solve it. If they pay you... they get [this clear outcome].
If your offer can’t be explained in 30 seconds, it’s not selling as well as it could.
