@colinsutton Why just the outrage about this case? What about other families of manslaughter or unlawful killings eg death by dangerous? Thats right, its because it involves a police officer and therein lies the reason it would be unlawful. You cant exempt a single case

@CrimeLineLaw There is no doubt that if the government could do it, it would do it. The bad press and focus on this issue over other policy issues like cost of living is damaging and if they could avoid it they would in a heartbeat. They cant do it without including all convicted of offence
