How does this fit in with the 'Police Race Action Plan' which calls for exactly the opposite, different treatment for different groups?

We have a system which, openly, laid down a system of policies to treat folk with one skin colour in a different way to those of another skin colour. This was imposed into every part of our state, leading to the death of a teenager and all you want to do is to attack those calling it out? Very odd priorities.

@PeterBleksley Slight issue, the Race Action Plan was published by the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) and the College of Policing in May 2022. It is extant EVERYWHERE, not just in Hampshire and the IoW.
