PSA not to buy anything from @Lowes that gets shipped to the in-store lockers. It gets marked as "successful pickup" when the locker pops open, even if the items aren't there. I'm being put through the wringer trying to find someone with authority to fix this. Huge waste of time.

@DaveSilberman @OglesbyPat @morganrscarboro This strikes me as barely a potency tax. Cannabis-infused products, for example, are required to include a milligram count of both THC and CBD on the label. But then they ignore that count for tax purposes and tax the product at a flat 20% of price.
