Effects of persistent neglect by Uber to hire support. Customers suffer. See my wait time? No support. An unsuspecting driver is then sent afterward. We wait miserable times at restaurants & cancel. We're accused us of picking up the food & stealing away into the night.

I have a 5.00 @lyft driver rating, and a 100% acceptance rate. It's promised if we have a 90% acceptance rate the info will not be suppressed. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. Then they do this to insure I accept every ride. 20min pickup 2min drop off = $2.85 fair??

Thanks @UberEats for not caring about your hungry customers or your even hungrier drivers. It's been a night of cancellations & losses. Every time @Uber_Support leaves drivers to fend for themselves it shows everyone how little the ones high up there really don't care.

It's time @Uber_Support does something about all these trips to pickup at closed restaurants. At least give us a canned message button to chat about it with customers. "Restaurant is closed. @UberEats support is not answering so I'm going to cancel now."

I've been on the for 22 minutes. Over 20 of that was waiting on @UberEats @Uber_Support but if I cancel on my own it counts against me. I was just about to cancel when they picked up.

Uber pro diamond status is useless if support won't pickup when you call if a restaurant is closed. Reason the trip was more than $3 to begin with is at least one cancelled before me but likely 2 since it was $6. But I can get my teeth cleaned for free?
