your YUBI 2.0 app is trash. Scores are consistently 80ish even though every category is green. Missed trips, etc. Whoever developed this atrocity of an app should be bagging groceries, not determining driving habits.

How @Amtrak do you consistently have delays and issues with your trains? It’s a train and track… no wind, etc. to deal with. Pretty simple stuff but your company can’t seem to get things right time after time?! It’s truly unbelievable.
