@Mango I have found my dream 40th bday outfit in one of your stores (sold out everywhere!) it’s too big so will need to get it tailored (a lot) but also it had 4 holes in it which I would have to get repaired 😢!

@Mango It is £200 and when I asked if it could be reduced given it’s SO damaged the store manager said only by 10 or 20% 😭. I would have to spend upwards of £80 to get it tailored & repaired & I really think it is unlikely anyone else would buy such a damaged garment for £180.

@BekoCorporate absolutely disgusted with the customer service provided by your repairs call centre. I have made 4 separate calls now since Thursday, provided my details everytime & have been advised that the repairs team will call back ‘within a few hours’. Yet again nothing.

@thetrainline Seriously what do you have to do to get a response @thetrainline ?! Evidently ticket changes are not excluded from fees I am trying to change mine from last weekend and it’s says I will get a £9 refund on tickets that cost £24! I was unable to travel due to being told to isolate!

@nsandihelp I am exchanging on a property next week (completion 2 weeks later) and have just found out I have to provide a printed statement showing that part of my deposit was drawn out of bonds. This can’t be done online & apparently takes 2 was to receive from your HQ! Help!!

@McDonaldsUK please help!! My Dad is a catering handyman who’s work has been badly effected by COVID. Just before Xmas he visited a cafe in Fareham to look at a job & was shown where to park. He has since received a parking fine of £60 because the space was for McDonald’s staff!
