@MartinSLewis The previous occupant of my house had a driving fine sent to my home, they hadn’t updated their new address. I contacted the company and they said it was ok, next I knew, I had a bailiff at my door, I didn’t answer, they tried to force their way in, knocked on my neighbours door.
