I have had it confirmed to me today by a doctor friend with much experience of cv - omicron is a cold now. They can see no point in continuing with masks either, especially with children who are, effectively, at nil risk. It also begs the question - what are we vaccinating for?

For 50 years of my life, I was told by EVERY doctor who diagnosed me as having a viral infection that antibiotics were useless against viral infections and that the only treatment was bed rest, fluids, good food and vitamin supplements and fresh air.

@emmakennytv The guidance is not being followed correctly by my NHS trust 🤷‍♀️ I have questioned it with them after working all over Christmas short staffed as ‘non symptomatic fully vaccinated’ staff are being told to isolate whilst awaiting a PCR. It is so open to abuse, I’m about to give up

@emmakennytv My wife is a nurse, tested positive PCR after a negative LFT and doesn't have any symptoms at all and is still testing positive 7 days in 🤷‍♀️
