Practice for Thur Nov 1 is cancelled. If you can get in a run, please do - 800s or 4 miles at a decent pace. If you’re running at Nike on Nov 11, bring the waiver to Sat’s meet, give a copy to Miss Martin or Mrs. Miller at school, or email a scanned copy. See you on Sat!
