"Say hi to Viola for me?" she requested, swinging her legs over the side of the bed. Handing over the plate was the signal Rai needed to start her day. She stood and made her way to her closet, grabbing the day's outfit and throwing on some workout gear.
ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ“Of course.”
ㅤㅤ•° taking the plate from Raizel, she walked back to the doorway.
ㅤㅤ“I'll be going back to my world. Work is neverending, as you know.”
ㅤㅤ
Rai began to eat the salad a little more enthusiastically, though no amount of salad dressing could give her the same eagerness to eat as the cheese in the omelette did. Soon, her plate was cleared.
"Thanks for breakfast..."
ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ•° Yingzi approached, a plastic bottle of store-bought sesame dressing appearing in her hand. She poured a generous amount, enough to flavor but not to overpower.
ㅤㅤ“Go on. Eat the rest of your breakfast I painstakingly made.”
ㅤㅤ•° a joke with a glare.
ㅤㅤ
"That could make it more edible, yeah..."
She shrugged, still poking at the salad rather than attempting to eat it. One forceful poke captured a few bits of the plain lettuce, the Saint pulling a face before taking a bite.
"But salad's not food...." she whined, poking at it with a look of disdain. Raizel wasn't exactly a picky eater, but she definitely wouldn't put veggies at the top of her favorite foods list. "I ate the protein, that's more important, right?"
ㅤㅤ
ㅤㅤ“Yes. Two, to be exact.”
ㅤㅤ•° a bird and a sentient chainsaw. Quite the duo.
ㅤㅤ•° Yingzi leaned against the doorframe, lazily pointing at the greens.
ㅤㅤ“Raizel Redgrave, eat the salad.”
ㅤㅤ
"Oh that's right, I technically have brothers..." she mumbled between bites of omelette, merely picking at the salad. "Take good care of her, okay? That's my big sister..."
"Ya met Vee-Vee?" she inquired before shoveling a forkful if egg and cheese into her mouth. "I mean Viola? And that's not entirely true.... I cook when I have the time...."
