@WestJet wont allow a credit for a cancellation for hospitalized 3 yo grandchild with serious respiratory infection Ya,I purchased that ticket that doesn’t all any changes. Why offer those when the world is so unpredictable? Seats will go empty - u could have resold for 2x fare
