I have recently received the sad news that the East Devon Carnival Circuit will not take place in 2021.
The East Devon carnivals play such an important role in helping many local organisations and will be missed once again this year.
We now must look forward to 2022.
We have today received news that the 2021 Somerset Guy Fawkes Carnival Circuit will not go ahead for the second consecutive year. We are very much looking forward to November 2022. #somerset#somersetcarnivals#uk

Today marks the first procession of what should’ve been the East Devon Carnival Circuit in Seaton.
