A nice little story I saw on Facebook. World Cup winner Marc Cucurella lives in Horsham, a little town in the UK.
He let his postman, Gary, wear his World Cup medal today - probably the closest an Englishman has come to one for 60 years!
Sounds like Cucurella is a good chap.
Horsham isn’t far from me. Everyone says Cucurella is a very nice bloke and enjoys all the local cafes and independent businesses.
Regularly collects his kid from the local nursery and mixes with other parents at the gate.
Good for him. He’s off to Real Madrid soon.
A timely reminder that Andy Burnham used to refer to Theresa May as an “unelected PM” after she was crowned leader.
We should refer to Andy as an unelected PM from next Monday.
