@VerizonSupport If I had a dollar for every minute I spent with your agents trying to fix these things, you'd be paying me to use your phones. Currently, I've been on chat with this agent for an hour, only to be told that there isn't a discount on my account. Duh. That's the issue.
Dear @Verizon: Why is it that I always have to chase you down to actually apply the "offers" you send me? I'm chatting with one of your reps to get a discount from August applied. The last time, it took five contacts (FIVE!) with your people to get the credits applied correctly.
@VerizonSupport At best, this is an oversight. At worst, it's a shady business practice because you know that not everyone will have the time/energy/patience to chase you down. Please do not dismiss this as "your rep will fix it." When it happens every time, it's on YOU.
@VerizonSupport Hey Danielle! Thanks for the reply. This is a problem with your system that VZW needs to address. This is not the first time I've had to chase down a deal you offered. I've been a customer for 10+ years, and it's EVERY TIME.
@VerizonSupport Why does your computer system not accurately record and apply those credits? Why am I having to provide confirmation of the discount months later? Why do I have to save every conversation I have with you all because I KNOW I'll need to prove the discount you offered me?
My day will be primarily spent writing reviews of pet products. Have I mentioned lately that I love my job? Also, have I mentioned that my furry crew loves my job?
