Earlier this week Tanya and I held a Healthy Eating workshop for some local Carers for Veterans. We had a lovely time, which was matched by the stunning views from the village hall.

The second part of the Central Coop visit took us to The Piece Hall. A stunning place with its woollen industry history, full of individual shops and cafes.

Bankfield Museum, part 2. This is a lovely house set in beautiful grounds. It is full of exhibitions, textiles, early retail and domestic goods, art and local history

We had a great visit, with Central Coop, to Bankfield Museum in Halifax. There was a huge collection of costumes from the many tv series filmed in the area. Some of us had a good time trying them on. Part 1

A school visit to talk about wildlife crime without the gory details that sicken the hardiest of adults. In the words of a 9 year old, “PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN JAIL FOR HURTING ANIMALS”
The chance to feel how prickly a 🦔hedgehog is, & seeing the tiny feet of a Pipistrelle bat pup🦇

A packed room at The Huntsman, Holmfirth, for the Coop Interim Members' Meeting. The tastings were popular, as was the lovely buffet and the chair zumba entertainment.
