As health/social care professionals, we must take particular notice of language we hear & use for people we support
Certain terms are loaded w/ judgement, ableism, assumptions, preconceptions & often outdated, incorrect stereotypes

to take my buggy and emailed an order number. However other responders have said the service is not available. Can you confirm if you're doing services for buggies with e.g. bearings gone like my Flip XT. I am in desperate need of getting my buggy fit for purpose in these times!!

@AskMandP I'm having such a difficult time a) trying to get hold of you on the phone and then b) using the messenger and email contacts with the slowest (one message per day despite seconds replying) for a service query. I finally got confirmation that a box would be sent to me..
