@British_Airways our luggage missed our connecting flight yesterday and has sat in T5C for over 24hours. We have included AirTags locations on the app but it is still showing status unknown. No information has been provided at all as to when the bags will arrive!

@British_Airways This is getting beyond ridiculous - I completely understand there were issues on Friday but there has been no communication whatsoever from @British_Airways around strategy to reunite bags. Very poor customer service and very unlikely to fly BA again.

We are appealing after a crash on the B822 at Kippen roundabout, Stirling, in which a cyclist was seriously injured around 5.05pm on Tuesday, 27 September, and involved a black Ford Ranger towing a silver Ifor Williams trailer which failed to stop.
