@JohnLewisRetail - bought a washer dryer which is no longer functioning and still in your guarantee period. Spent 1hr 30 mins on the phone to book an engineer in who can’t come until Mid Jan. Awful experience and makes me considering purchasing from you again.

@LookfantasticCS hi I’ve been dealing with someone on your live chat about a faulty product. They said it will take 4-5 days before someone will be in contact. It’s suncream for going on holiday and I’m happy to send this one back as long as I get a replacement before I go.
